Many childcare workers are lower income earners who cannot afford coverage. Even though Mr. Sehring, owner of Best Child Care Center, cares about his employees and would love to offer health insurance, especially for the single mothers who have no alternatives, there is noting he can do. It is just too cost prohibitive.
