The Community Clinic provides a primary medical home to uninsured working adults. To many of our patients, it is the first time they have established a relationship, a history with a primary care physician.

If warranted, diagnostic tests and certain outpatient procedures are provided by local hospitals, imaging centers and labs.

Additionally, specialists from every field are available if needed.
